Refund policy

If a Crown Reserve product is not right for you, email alysiatawanta@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I will refund you in full.

You do not need to ship it back. You do not need to have kept it unopened. Tell me what did not work and I will take care of it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after I confirm them.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, send a photo within 7 days and I will replace it.

Sale items and bundles are covered by this policy the same way everything else is.

International orders are covered too, though original shipping costs and any duties are not refundable.
