Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in Maryland.

Processing

Orders leave here within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend go out the following week.

Delivery inside the United States

Standard shipping takes another 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.

Shipping is free on orders of $40 or more. Below $40 it is a flat $8. Express is available for $15.

International delivery

I do ship internationally. Cost is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the country and on customs.

Free shipping applies to United States orders only.

Prices for international customers already include any duties and import taxes for your country, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has been more than 10 business days inside the US, or more than 5 weeks internationally, and nothing has arrived, email hello@alysiatawanta.com and I will find it.

Address changes

I cannot change an address once an order has shipped, so please check it carefully at checkout.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, send a photo within 7 days and I will replace it.
