What hair type is Crown Reserve made for?
Crown Reserve is formulated specifically for natural hair, especially Type 3-4 textures and low-porosity hair. Our oils are lightweight enough to penetrate the hair shaft without causing buildup or weighing down your curls.
What is the difference between the Scalp Oil and the Strand Oil?
The Scalp Growth Support Oil targets your scalp with herbs that support circulation, follicle health, and a healthier growth environment. Apply it directly to your scalp 2-4 times per week. The Strands + Ends Length Retention Oil is a lighter formula designed for your mid-lengths and ends to reduce breakage, prevent split ends, and support length retention.
What ingredients are in Crown Reserve?
Both oils are made with a blend of carrier oils (including grapeseed, jojoba, avocado, almond, and amla) infused with carefully selected herbs. Our Scalp Oil contains 12 herbs including rosemary, bhringraj, and saw palmetto. Our Strand Oil contains 7 herbs including chebe, moringa, and fenugreek. Full ingredient lists are on every bottle. Zero alcohol, zero sulfates, zero silicones, zero synthetic fragrances.
What does "4-month infusion" mean?
Every batch of Crown Reserve oil goes through a slow-crafted herbal infusion process. After the initial double boiler extraction, the oil continues to steep with botanicals for 4 full months before bottling. This extended infusion allows the herbs to fully release their beneficial compounds into the oil, making it more potent than quick-processed alternatives.
How do I use the oils?
Scalp Oil: Part your hair into sections. Apply 3-5 drops directly to your scalp using the dropper. Massage gently for 2-5 minutes. Use 3-4 times per week. Strand Oil: Apply a small amount to your mid-lengths and ends after moisturizing. Can also be used as a hot oil treatment (warm slightly, apply, leave 20-30 minutes, then shampoo).
How long does one bottle last?
Each 2oz bottle lasts approximately 8-12 weeks with regular use (2-4 applications per week), depending on hair length and density. A little goes a long way because the oil is highly concentrated from our 4-month infusion process.
Is Crown Reserve safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. Our oils contain no harsh chemicals that would strip or damage color-treated hair.
